The crew was courteous and precessional. I needed to discard some mattress and made the call to Kersten Family Junk Removal and less then 24 hrs later they came and got them. Great timing, affordable and super convenient! Would recommend 10/10!!! I just had a 4x8 trailer of trash built up over a few weeks of missing the curb and they took it away when I was trying to find a dump to haul it to the minimum fees were $70 plus for a load up to 2K lbs when I had maybe 200lbs.  I don’t normally do reviews, but we decided to do a huge purge and got rid of a ton of stuff. Think furniture, clothes, Tupperware, a grill….etc. We thought about a gorilla bag, but we called Kersten Family Junk Removal and they came and hauled everything away the next day for significantly cheaper price than the Gorilla Bag. And we just had to set it right outside our door. And they came inside to remove a recliner! Like we filled 1/2 our deck with “stuff”. Seriously, call these guys!

Very fast, respectful, and great value considering they will just come over and get the items for you! No hassle, you just make an appointment and they come and remove what you want gone, you pay, and it's done! Also impressed with how they can maneuver large items through tight areas without damaging the surroundings. Absolutely reccomend Kersten for anything from removing a single item to a full cleanout. They were able to pick up my old mattress and box spring the very next day as planned and it was super quick. I was charged as quoted after the items were taken out. They are so fast to respond, didn't charge extra to come to Augusta, showed up on time, called me for payment when they said they would AND THEY remembered we said there would be an old dishwasher, but it wasn't here for pick up so when Jason called me for payment, he said they'd pick it up next time they're in Augusta! Wow!! We are for sure calling them again.
